We really enjoy this mostly self serve by the weight hot pot place but just be careful on how much you grab because it can add up quickly! They've got about a dozen different types of noodles and we usually go for the udon style. The choices of veggies are a lot as well as the meatballs, tofu skins, tofu and you can even get an over easy cooked egg. The proteins are beef, pork and lamb as well as a variety of seafood. Once you've got that done head over to the register and pick your soup broth and spiciness. They also have a sauce bar that includes fresh cut green onions and cilantro. The service is good and servers are constantly cleaning up tables especially during peak hours plus we got a complimentary side of sliced oranges. The ambiance is loud especially if you no at the busy times and overall a clean establishment. Well worth a try!

It was so crowded when we arrived at 7:30, but the servers were quick to clean to table and get us seated! The aroma will stain your clothes with the scent, just FYI. The malatang is no doubt yummy, you can take the rest to go also. Keep in mind your proteins will shrink which was bit disappointing but it's whatever.

Ambiance: came around 12 o clock on a Thursday and there was still a lot of empty tables and seating but 30 minutes after everyone was lining up. Wide open space with a boba shop indoors also Service: mostly self-service, you start from right to left of the glass case so as to not contaminate the veggies after grabbing the meat. Everything is the same price, you pay by the pound (about $18.99/pound). When you go up to pay you also pick your soup base (they also have a dry mix option). They will clip your bowl with a number and write that order number on your receipt. When your order is ready, they will call the number overhead and flash the number at the pick up window. Near the pick-up window is a self-serve table to make your own sauces and for utensils. Food: for my proteins, I got mostly lamb and beef. The lamb was not gamey and meats were not overcooked. It was very easy to just grab things and put it in your bowl until you realize that cooked up it's a lot of food so bear that in mind! But it was a fun experience, but personal preference I would have chosen ayce hotpot for the price.

A classic self serve hot pot place! You pick your ingredients and soup and it's priced at $14.99 per lb of ingredients. Only downside to these kinds of places is that they count the weight of the bowl so that kind of sucks. They did upgrade their sauce bar though, it's more similar to one you'd find at haidilao. I would say the seating arrangement of the place is bad, very tight and tables placed close to each other to where you barely have room to walk by. Spicy beef stock spicy level 3 (I think): 10/10 nutty and aromatic. Very spicy but great for a cold day out Tomato base non spicy: 7/10 very tomato-y but hearty, not my cup of tea because i like my broth a little on the richer side

The tomato broth with a side of sesame sauce and chili sauce made my hot pot bowl just sing. Had the sweet potato wide noodles, springy udon, shrimp, clams, tofu, cabbage, crawfish, fishballs, enoki mushroom, shiitake mushroom, seaweed ties, and oyster. Clearly my eyes were too big for my stomach. It ended up 2 lbs! And now way I was finishing that. Next time I would probably skip the crawfish (heavy shell), and the clams and instead opt for more oysters and the fresh fish. The sauces and broth are the highlight here. Some of my udon noodles were broken so I do wish they were gentler in the cooking process but my guess is my sweet potato noodles led to a longer cooking time.
